How it works
1. Document reader / OCR system extracts data
2. Data transfer to SAP: Extracted information is passed to SAP via OCRBridge
3. Automatic document creation: The appropriate SAP document is generated – including entry in the Business Workplace
4. Validation & processing: Clerks access documents directly in the SAP Business Workplace, where they can correct or approve them if needed
5. Background posting or workflow transfer: After review, the document is automatically posted or passed on to follow-up processes
