+ Apprenticeship: Management Assistant for Digitalisation Management (m/f/d)

What you'll be doing with us
  • We're building a cloud ERP system for the beverage wholesale trade. That means: product master data, deposit logic, warehouse postings, accounting – the software a beverage wholesaler uses to run its entire business.
  • On top of that come other exciting tasks: SAP consulting, technical operation of our customers' systems and document management.
  • Between the technology and the customer, you need people who speak both languages. People who understand how a business really works – who needs which information and when, why the delivery round starts at four in the morning – and who can translate that into software. That's exactly what you'll learn here.
How the apprenticeship works
  • First weeks: You'll get your workstation, your accounts and a dedicated mentor. Together you'll walk through our own ERP system, and you'll learn from our example how an order moves through a system from the first phone call to the invoice.
  • First year: You'll work on real customer projects – first listening, then with tasks of your own. A typical first assignment: preparing and checking a new customer's master data for the system go-live. In parallel you'll get to know the commercial processes: quotation, order, delivery note, invoice – and what happens when one of them goes wrong.
  • After that: You'll gather requirements at customer sites yourself, document processes, coordinate solutions with our developers and support system rollouts on site. You'll have a say in where you go deeper.
  • Vocational school: in block release format.
What you'll be working with
  • Systems: our own cloud ERP (ERPNext), SAP, DMS and ticketing systems.
  • Methods: gathering requirements and recording them in writing, documenting processes, running through test cases, preparing user training
  • Commercial skills: quotations and costing, order processing, master data, accounting basics
  • Tools: Excel beyond formulas, project and ticket management
What you should bring along
  • Curiosity. You want to understand why a business does something a certain way, not just that it does.
  • Enjoyment of talking to people – and patience when someone can't yet describe their problem clearly.
  • The ability to write things down comprehensibly. A good part of this job is translation work.
  • Care and precision – one wrong line of master data quickly turns into one wrong invoice.
  • University entrance qualification or a good secondary school certificate, good German, English good enough to read documentation.
  • We explicitly do not expect any prior technical knowledge. If you've already built something in your own time – a spreadsheet that does the maths for you, a small piece of automation, a project of your own – tell us about it. What matters more to us is how you approach a task you haven't seen before.
What we offer you
  • Mentoring: a dedicated contact person from day one, with fixed time for questions and feedback.
  • Team: colleagues on site – short distances, you sit next to the colleagues who look after the product.
  • Supported customer contact from the first year: you won't be thrown in at the deep end.
  • Training: we pay for certifications and courses, including during your apprenticeship.
  • University entrance qualification or a good secondary school certificate, good German, English good enough to read documentation.
  • Permanent position: we train apprentices with the aim of keeping them.
How to apply
  • Send us your most recent school report and a few sentences about why this interests you. We don't need a formal cover letter. We'd much rather hear about something you've organised or explained before – whether in a club, a part-time job or in your private life.
